About Ryan:

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts and Community Science from Cape Breton University, Canada. He has worked in various programs in Bermuda and was trained in the Arbinger method, a process focusing on mindset change, leader development, and systems improvement. He has taught social studies, language arts, and physical education at the middle and senior levels in Bermuda.
